JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Machine OperatorShift: 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm Monday - Friday) Overtime Eligible Pay: $18.46/hour Bonus: EligibleBoasting over 60 years in the business of manufacturing a wide range of sanding and finishing products for both the consumer & commercial industries. Our products are proudly produced in the United States; designed specifically to provide superior quality at an exceptional value. We are looking to add top tier associates to our first shift teams. Those individuals looking to build upon and or sharpen their manufacturing skills please apply! Typical tasks for the Machine Operator include (but are not limited to) the following: * Operating machines to seal required products * Boxing, labeling, and placing finished goods onto skids for inventory * Reviewing production tickets to ensure quality (packaging, materials, labels, etc.) * Inspect and examine products for quality after sealed and before boxed * Ability to meet production standards * Recording production data on daily sheets Responsibilities/Expectations: * Communicate with supervisors, peers, or subordinates: provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in person * Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality * Learn all jobs/products performed within the department * Perform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures, and following department specific quality control processes and procedures * Treat people with dignity and respect * Conduct all business with integrity * Adhere to Rust-Oleum corporation quality principles and participate in all departmental and company-wide quality activities * Follow all safety procedures and company policies From big benefits to small, we take care of our associates!
