Field Engineer – Conway Position Description As a Field Engineer on our construction site, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various technical aspects of the construction project. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the project. This position demands a strong grasp of engineering and construction principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional organizational skills. Responsibilities Manage and Update Project Documents Coordinate Subcontractor Communications Document Management Labor Productivity Oversight Submittal Process Management RFI Management Coordination with MEPF and GC Contract Understanding Vendor and Subcontractor Communication Finance Support Schedule Assistance Change Order Management Subcontract and Material Orders Meeting Minutes Project Close-out Estimating Support Ability to travel 65% of the time for visiting project sites from time to time as needed to assist in onsite project activities. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field in progress or completed, OR equivalent field experience. Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications (MS Office, etc.).
