Our client is currently seeking a Facilities & Construction Director in the Sioux City,IA area. Ground floor opportunity to join a new, well fundedwell-funded, cold storage company with a vision for growth. A company which excels by combining the traditional customer service values with the capabilities of today s latest technology.As the new Director you will oversee the construction and design of the Building layouts. You will be in chare of the Ammonia and Refrigeration systems. You will also be responsible for the Racking and Automated storage/retrieval systems and the Automated/Controls systems. Project Management and overall project administration, leadership and technical direction is a big part of this role as well. You will manage bid requests, review bids, develop contracts.Facility Management and Develop and Implement preventative maintenance plans. You will train site staff to effectively execute preventative maintenance plans.Requirements: 5+ years of construction and facilities management experience . Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bilingual is an asset.
