A very dynamic Fortune 100 Food/Beverage Company is in search of a Maintenance Manager for their facility in CA.The Maintenance Engineering Manager manages the Maintenance and Engineering group.The Maintenance Manager will manage the Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians on all 3 shifts. You will provide mechanics and operators training and safety skills. You will also monitor the equipment to promote efficient operation and reduction of planned/unplanned downtime. The Maintenance Manager develops and implements improvements to minimize downtime for line change and cleaning of machinery.Requirements:Bachelor's degree required, engineering or technical disciplines preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in a Maintenance Manager role in a Manufacturing environment.
