Candidates MUST live in/around Austin. Smooth Closing is hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to close warm leads, using all types of investment strategies, including wholesaling, fix, and flips, and adding to our existing rental portfolio. We are looking for highly motivated, high-achieving sales leaders who thrive in a competitive, commission-based atmosphere. This is not a "9 to 5" job, it requires a flexible schedule when the prospects are available. Our Acquisitions Manager will embrace the hard work and "The Chase" because they want the unlimited success ceiling that goes along with this career path. You will learn how to become a master of real estate sales and investing, and that opportunity will change your life. You will be contacting a high volume of warm leads on a daily basis, nurturing those leads, and eventually closing them over the phone. This is an in-office job located in South Austin so we can collaborate and strategize, but the job is 100% phone sales. Responsibilities: --- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed --- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward --- Contacting a high number of warm leads on a daily basis --- Nurturing, and converting those leads into signed contract --- Getting signed contracts over the phone --- Structuring offers that fit into our business model --- Closing real estate transactions --- Providing feedback on how to improve and optimize our sales process Qualifications: --- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed --- 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired --- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments --- Real Estate Acquisitions/Sales: 2 years (Preferred) --- Outbound Sales: 2 years (Required) --- Lead Management: 3 years (Preferred) About Company: Smooth Closing is a real estate investment company that buys houses directly from the seller.
