It specialises in Education & Training, Health and Nutrition, Water & Sanitation, Income Generation, Orphans’ Support, Emergency Relief and Disaster Preparedness. Islamic Relief is a member of the Humanitarian Coalition. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Business Analytics Specialist plays a key role within our Data and Analytics core function. Responsible for leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decisions, this individual will be working closely with both Marketing and Fundraising teams to optimize our campaigns and enhance our marketing efforts to better engage with our community and stakeholders. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Utilize data analytics and statistical techniques to derive insights that inform strategic decisions and drive organizational impact. Collaborate with the marketing and fundraising teams to optimize campaigns through data analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on marketing and fundraising campaigns to improve effectiveness and ROI. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to various departments. Assist in the implementation and integration of data systems, promoting data analytics awareness across the organization.
