Employment Opportunity Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $29.11-$32.07 per hour rate includes a temporary $3/hr wage enhancement Work Location: 643 W Gore St, Stratford, ON N5A 1L4 At Spruce Lodge we put “People first”. We are hiring permanent full-time, RN who has a strong desire to work with older adults with disabilities and or long-term health related challenges. You will be understanding, patient and compassionate when backssing and meeting the resident needs. You will have a history of advocating for patient rights and be empowered to bring elements of adaptability and flexibility to the role. Qualifications: A Registered Nurse with a current certificate of competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario BSc N considered an asset Current C. P. R. Knowledge of and experience in the Long-Term Care environment Clear understanding of resident centered care Ability to demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal relationship skills Sound knowledge of the principles and applications of customer service Benefits: Signing bonus payable after six (6) months on the job Pension (OMERs) Benefits (including health, dental, vision) Meals provided while on shift On-site parking 8-hour shifts Spruce Lodge is committed to fair and equitable employment and in our recruitment and selection practices.
