Position Details: --- Title: Maintenance Supervisor --- Location: Franklinville, NY (Initially work at Cuba, NY facility as new facility is completed) --- Shift/Schedule: 2 Positions on 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts --- Compensation: $70-95k + bonus (-8-10%) --- Benefits: 401K, MED/DEN/VIS and Employee Stock Option Plan --- Relocation: Available --- Openings: 6 Position Description: As a Maintenance Supervisor you will supervise and schedule the maintenance of all plant systems. In addition, the Supervisor will supervise preventative maintenance program and coordinate work that is contracted to outside companies. Requirements: --- Associate's degree/higher or equivalent military training --- 4+ years of maintenance leadership experience in military or post military manufacturing experience --- Any experience with ammonia refrigeration systems/PSM is a plus but not required --- Able to coach, mentor and develop team members while maintaining a high level of morale
