Description:Judge Direct Placement is seeking a first shift Maintenance Supervisor in the College Station, TX area! Manage the projecting maintenance program Plan routine maintenance schedule and follow up on all problems to develop solutions Maximize available run time Monitor and repair breakdowns Keep upper management informed of issues that affect performance Ensure all safety devices are properly installed Ensure all parts and equipment remain at approved levels Responsible for supervising employees Adjust work schedule to meet production requirements Ensure all company, state, and federal requirements for food safety are met Supervise, train and develop subordinatesRequirements/ Skills: Associates Degree or technical school certification 1+ years maintenance leadership experience General knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems Knowledge of injection and blow mold equipment Knowledge of EPA regulations USDA and sanitation standards SAP knowledge preferred 3+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
