Contract type: Full Time (37.5 hours per week) – Permanent Location: London, remote We are looking for a dynamic Senior FP&A Manager to play a key role in advancing our financial planning processes and supporting strategic decision-making ABOUT THE ROLE Develop and support the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting and planning Identify risks and opportunities across the Group and articulate into clear messaging for budget owners, the Exco team and investors Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business both in finance and with business colleagues Prepare business plan presentations for the board Partner with senior stakeholders in developing their plans and financial targets Undertake in-depth analysis, interpreting data to drive value into the business Develop robust financial models and analysis Suggest trends, resulting implications, key actions, and strategic implications Develop monthly MI including Flash Results, EXCO reporting and Board reporting along with ad hoc insight requests Support in the development of a broader team to improve FP&A activities Be comfortable and enjoy operating in detail but with the ability and gravitas to the story tell / present to the Executive the team ABOUT YOU Proven post-qualification experience Qualified Accountant ( ACA / CIMA / ACCA) Experience in a similar role within FP&A Ability and experience in working with senior stakeholders Proven experience in Financial Analysis Commercial Acumen Strong Story ability to non-finance stakeholders Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work and interact with personnel at all levels within the company ABOUT US Study Group is a leading international education provider that is dedicated and passionate about helping students around the world, creating a brighter future and reaching their full potential.
