We are looking for a reliable, self-starter who knows how to multi-task and can be an essential part of our team. As a bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions and ensuring accurate high-volume record-keeping. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Job Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries. Process and track invoices, payments, and expenses. Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance. Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Prepare and submit 1099’s. Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data. Collaborate with other team members, such as account managers and executives, to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Qualifications / Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Confidentiality Self-Driven and can work within a team environment Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, deadline-oriented, time management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience (3+ years) as a bookkeeper Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Salary to be determined based on qualifying experience, starting at $55,000.00 (FT) Schedule: On-site, Monday to Friday and must have reliable transportation to Calabasas Powered by JazzHR
