Office Manager Role | WHAT WE DO Receive calls from customers requesting service Fill out customer profile entry into the system Dispatch job to service technicians Manage job flow and keep track of where technicians are throughout the workday Help out with office projects when available Seek growth within the company by learning key points of operations This role is a dynamic position that will eventually lose some responsibility such as call taking and dispatching as we grow and bring on specific individuals to handle those roles. Right now we are small, so each team member manages different responsibilities that will eventually be delegated when the demand rises. The idea with this position is to bring someone from the ground level of operations into a lead management role.
