As a delivery associate [driver], you will drive a DOT-regulated vehicle, stay active, work independently, and strive for excellence as we safely deliver Amazon packages to customers in your community every day. We will do everything in our power to provide you with the knowledge and resources needed to excel, as the NFL coaches/teams I played with did for me. You will not be micromanaged while working for us as long as you maintain productivity and follow all safety guidelines given to you; you will independently be able to get your job done. COME ON OVER TO OUR VERY OWN NFL TEAM & LET'S GET TO WORK, TOGETHER! :)~ KeiVarae Russell (Owner)- Responsibilities: Our Delivery Associates/Drivers drive a delivery van to drop off Amazon packages to customers within their community Plan to work 4-5 days a week Scheduled 9-10 hour work days Deliver approximately between 125 to 300 packages per work day Show great ability & potentially move up to higher role(s) to become bonus eligible $ Must be comfortable driving & working in varying weather conditions, including rain and snow. Our drivers follow strict safety standards on and off the road You'll interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner You'll use handheld technology to manage the delivery process (being tech savvy is a huge plus in this business) Be customer obsessed and care about the satisfaction of each and every customer - Requirements: Must be 21+ years old Eligible to work in the USA Must have a valid driver's license Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds Open and flexible schedule Be a reliable & dependable employee Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $21.25 - $24.75 per hourExpected hours: No more than 60 per weekBenefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Fuel card Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Referral program Vision insurance Day range: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Weekends only Experience level: No experience needed Shift: 10 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Eagan, MN 55121: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Night Shift (Preferred) Job-related location requirement: Candidates must be within a 25-mile radius.
