What you will be doing! As an Entry Level System Administrator, you will be responsible for technical support and troubleshooting to network desktop, and /or systems hardware and software. Requirements: Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions Provide remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the help desk by users of cloud infrastructure Must be a to work 10am-6pm Mon-Fri Shift Experience and Education: High School or equivalent and 5 years experience or a Bachelors degree and 0 years of experience. Certification: IAT Level 1 certificate is required within 6 months of start date Clearance Required: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role.
