We are a CPA Firm with multiple locations. Currently we have an opening in our West Dundee office. As a Firm, we invest time and resources to allow our staff to grow and flourish within the position and the organization. We also understand the need for a work-life balance and will work with our employees to achieve this goal. For more than 40 years, we have served as trusted partners to our clients. Responsibilities: Tax preparation and review, accounting, bookkeeping and planning skills for both individuals and businesses. Client interaction and responsibility, working with individuals and small and medium sized businesses in all areas of accounting and compliance. Strong managerial, communication, technical, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment with a high-level of focus on accuracy and confidentiality in all work products. Benefits: Competitive Salary (based on experience), Annual Reviews and bonuses, 401K plus matching provision and PTO provisions. Job Skills: Accounting degree is required. CPA certificate is required. 3 or more years of Public Accounting experience in Accounting and Tax is a plus. Experience with financial statements.
