Role and Responsibilities: Daily Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Roofing repair- cedar, asphalt, tile, slate, metal, etc. Siding repair- vinyl, LP, Hardy, etc. Gutter repair Leak investigation and repair Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements: 3+ years' experience in construction Strong technical understanding of home building Attention to detail; organizational skills; time management skills required Good communication and customer service skills Must work well both independently and as a team Self-starter with proven ability to exceed goals Willingness to learn additional skills required Not afraid of heights, willing to climb ladders 30+ feet Additional Notes Must have a good driving record and pass a background check Benefits: We offer competitive pay and incentive bonuses, and an excellent benefits package including paid time off, and holidays.
