Recreation Aide Responsibilities Prepare recreational programs and activities to meet the functional levels, needs, and interests of residents Maintain records of residents attendance and participation in activities Coordinate activities with other departments as necessary Follow care plans in providing daily activities for residents Encourage residents to take part in personal development Promote physical, social, and mental well-being of residents Recreation Aide Requirements High school diploma or its equivalent Strong interpersonal and communication skills COVID-19 Vaccination Preferred Previous experience in long-term care Apply today!
