Job Purpose: The Food Service Worker prepares a variety of food. He/ She will work at the highest quality level while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance. Job Duties: · Prep meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables in an efficient manner for daily service · Adhere to cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, policies, and procedures. · Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure efficient service · Provide excellent customer service to guests · Prepare various food items for all guests · Interact with customers and efficiently answer guests questions · Prioritize and perform related tasks as designated by chefs and managers efficiently, and with a sense of urgency Skills/Qualifications: · High school diploma/GED · Previous kitchen/prep experience required · Familiar with food service equipment including knives, pots and pans, ovens, grills and slicer · Outgoing, pleasant personality, and desire to please guests · Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills · Ability to lift up to 50 pounds · Ability to stand for up to 8 hours · Must have reliable transportation Benefits: 401K with employer match Competitive health insurance benefits (medical, dental and vision) available to members averaging only 24 hours per week HSA option available Supplemental insurance policies through AFLAC available Paid vacation, sick time and holidays Employee discount on food Hourly Rate Range - $16.00 - $18.00 Powered by JazzHR
