BAYADA Home Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in our Greenville Home Health Office. This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Greenville, Spartanburg, and Anderson counties. Currently hiring for a per-diem position. Offering 1:1 patient ratio, flexible scheduling, and industry leading compensation! Home Health or home hospice experience required for this position. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territoriesPerform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and proceduresMonitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services ManagerFollow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' ordersPerform client assessments as necessaryCase management and coordinationAccurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN): A current license as a Registered Nurse in South CarolinaGraduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
