BAYADA Home Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in our Forsyth County Visits Office. This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in homes throughout Forsyth, Stokes, Surry, Wilkes, and Yadkin Counties. We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a full time weekend role. Offering flexible scheduling and 1:1 patient care! Home health experience is preferred. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territoriesPerform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and proceduresMonitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services ManagerFollow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' ordersPerform client assessments as necessaryCase management and coordinationAccurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN): A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
