We are looking for a top pilot with a passion for marketing to be a part of our e-retail business team.Overview:Your mission is to Drive the Digital acceleration plan for key retailers in partnership with the Sales, Category Management, Communications and Marketing teams. You will create joint value with these retailers and deliver a strategy to increase offline traffic to stores, improve online presence and experience, and grow online sales of our products.Our headquarters is in Greenville, SC, conveniently located within driving distance to east coast beaches, the Blue Ridge Mountains and large cities like Atlanta and Charlotte. The mild climate, charming downtown, and impressive culinary scene are just a few of the perks of living here.What you'll do:Business Partnering and Strategic SellingInfluence and partner with customers to improve the user experience for shoppers and facilitate reapplication of winning solutions across our channels.Monitor partnership arrangements to ensure customer goals are met and handle cross functional partner relations.Cultivate and develop new opportunities to build long-term business relationships and increase market penetration.Leverage product knowledge and promotions to increase brand opportunities aligned with our customer base.Marketing Strategy & Metrics Develop marketing strategies and programs in our customers' stores and on their websites to support Michelin sales across all points of purchase.Identify supply chain issues and work with internal and external partners to address them.Participate in development of sales forecasts collaborating with customers and market behaviors, building and adjusting strategies based on performanceBrand Customer & User Experience Define the concept of key consumer groups based on their value-added to the organization.Locate and activate key touchpoints within the customer journey map.Advise others on determining the most effective sales channels based on customer purchasing behaviors.Digital Marketing Establish digital fundamentals across our retailers' websites including product content, search optimization and ratings and reviews to drive conversion for our products.Partner with Michelin's Communication team to determine target audiences for media campaigns to drive traffic to customer stores and websites.Co-develop and manage media and creative agency relationships where appropriate.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (return on investment).Ensure that digital capabilities and marketing program goals and budget commitments are met.Multichannel Management Tailor channel strategies to capitalize on customer touchpoints, optimizing campaign performance and activating channels efficiently.Evaluate and adapt channels based on established key performance indicators, compiling reports used to inform decision-making, ensure success and accelerate growth.Leverage campaign management applications to segment, target, and manage omni-channel marketing messages.Co-develop and implement multi-channel annual plans in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.Provide input into communication strategies for all campaigns including message hierarchy, product focus and segmentation.Strategic ecommerce Develop an integrated digital commerce framework that supports the organization's strategic business objectives.Define digital commerce distribution, shipping and return policies for the digital commerce platform.Keep up to date on tools, innovations and technologies in the digital world and find opportunities to incorporate those into the organization strategy.What you'll bring:Account and relationship management with focus on ecommerce and Digital Marketing.Data-based sales, marketing and communication strategy development, including creation, deployment, and measurement of joint business plans.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; strong collaboration and team oriented.Creative thinker, curious and eager to impact the business, who is willing to question the status quo.Project Management & decision making skills; data analytics and reporting.Solid understanding of marketing Metrics and content management; experience with omnichannel businesses and strategies, communication and media campaign management.The ideal candidate has experience with key online players, such as Amazon, Walmart and/or Target.#LI-RG1#LI-hiringmichelinInspire Motion for Life: Apply Today!As the leading mobility company, we work with tires, around tires and beyond tires to enable Motion for Life.
