This role's purpose is to define, design, deploy and maintain relevant and valuable information systems to support Michelin's business stakes. If respect for people, collaboration and trust are some values you live by you should consider joining us, the Worldwide Leader in Tires!What will you doThis position will have a meaningful role in accelerating Michelin's digital transformation by bringing together genuine digital expertise and an ability to challenge business stakeholders, to consolidate real needs, and design solutions that are effective, efficient, and forward-looking.Conduct business needs analysis to translate business requirements into functional specifications.Perform feasibility studies to validate proposed solutions against the encouraged requirements, cost, and deadlines and provide risk mitigation ideas to the project leader as needed.Use an incremental approach (Do & Learn) during design and development to manage the lead time and deliver incremental functionalities quickly.Design, test, and deploy interface between applications.Maintain and optimize a working solution by evaluating proposed changes, making improvement recommendations, and implementing approved changes.Ensure the availability, the performance, and the security level of applications by providing Level 3 Support (after the helpdesk (Level 1) and application support analyst (Level 2).What will you bringExtensive experience in designing solutions for business processes.Within Michelin team in charge of Oracle eBusiness suite, you will be the IT functional authority for Oracle eBusiness suite with focus on Order Management, Shipping Execution, Inventory management and Purchasing (modules OM, WSH, INV, PO), based on an in-depth knowledge of Oracle standard processes.Secure customer order transactions from capture to shipping to respect commitments.Software Construction: perform a handover or knowledge transfer to the IS developer, to guarantee that the developed code will match the functional design document.Perform the Unitary Functional Test (UFT) and validate the functional quality of the code.Information management & communication: Ensure the completeness and the up-to-date documentation related to Functional Design and test scenarios. Perform the required knowledge transfer to the other Functional Analysts, to the Developers, to the Support team and to the business teams (project and operations)A demonstrable ability to work with others to capture requirements and translate them into relevant functional specifications/user stories.Advanced level in Agile delivery practicesPrior experience in Demand to Cash domain is a plus.BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience is preferred.#li-hiringmichelinInspire Motion for Life: Apply Today!As the leading mobility company, we work with tires, around tires and beyond tires to enable Motion for Life.
