Job Title: Informatica Lead Developer Location: Newark, NJDuration: 12+ Months Minimum Pay Rate: $75/hr. on w2 Qualifications Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in Informatica Powercenter, Power Exchange, Data Quality, Snowflake, Unix, Hadoop, AWS, Scheduling tools Strong understanding of ETL tools (5+ years ETL required), including Informatica Well versed in SQL, DB2 and deep understanding of data warehouse architecture concepts Deep understanding to Hadoop and Cloud based data platforms Working experience with AWS services such as CloudFormation, S3, Glue, EMR/Spark, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions, IAM, etc Proven experience as a lead developer or architect in data integration projects using Informatica, DB2 and Snowflake Programming in a Linux/Unix environment, including shell scripting Demonstrated experience and ability to work with business users to gather requirements and manage scope Demonstrated experience and ability to deliver results quickly in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects Proven ability to effectively manage their time and a desire to deliver results quickly and correctly Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills with a Logical and pragmatic attitude Coordinate with onsite and offshore team for ongoing project delivery challenges Responsible for End-to-End Service Delivery of business application Team player with strong oral and interpersonal skills and able to lead a team of 8-12 Strong background of Workforce data Responsibilities Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions using Informatica, DB2 and Snowflake Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables Demonstrate proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter for data integration workflows Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze data integration requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure data integration solutions Optimize data integration processes for performance, reliability, and scalability Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and processing Collaboration and Communication Collaborate with other teams to integrate data solutions seamlessly into the existing technology landscape About UsEstablished in 2004, SPECTRAFORCE is one of the largest and fastest-growing diversity-owned staffing firms in the US.
