Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Complaint Resolution Manager's primary responsibility is to serve as the liaison between the Company and its customer base by supporting customer complaints and concerns. Responsibilities Provide a point of contact for external customer complaints and concerns received from website Contact Us emails and Social MediaRespond by phone to customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner, with a sense of urgency and a with a friendly, professional mannerForward complaints to the correct departments, ensuring the staff is handling them in a timely mannerAct as a liaison between external customer and other areas of the Metalcraft/Scag organization, during the issue resolution phase.Maintain Log with the issue(s), actions taken and resolutions to all complaints.Escalate any unresolved or urgent issues to upper management as needed.Follow-up with the customer until the issue is completely resolved to their satisfaction.Collect complaint case metrics to capture and generate trend reports.Other duties as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Exceptional people skills in working with customers.Exceptional telephone manner.Must have excellent complaint resolution skills and a high level of patience when dealing with disgruntled customers.Strong communication skills are required.Focus on customer expectations and needs.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Able to perform job function with minimal supervision and work independently, taking initiative to make independent decisions, where appropriate.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Experience communicating professionally across email, telephone, and social media platforms.Marketing, Social Media and Customer Care/Customer Service experience preferred, or equivalent.
