Responsibilities: Manage talent acquisition – Post job openings and classified advertisements in specific areas. Qualified applications and resumes are screened and sourced. Individuals and panels should be involved in the interview process. Gather feedback from interviewees and communicate with them during and after the process. Manage the steps of the recruitment process by strategizing . Work with senior management to learn about the employment needs of healthcare businesses. To attract high-performing personnel, develop exciting and practical recruiting strategies. As needed, draft and create job descriptions. Collaborate with recruiting managers to have a better understanding of the team's needs and to make the candidate lifecycle process go more smoothly. Schedule interviews, draft questions and attend job fairs and other recruiting activities as part of your administrative duties. Assist with other tasks as needed.
