Diesel MechanicNow Hiring A, or B Mechanic $2,500 Sign on BonusLocation: Bakersfield, CACompensation: $28.00-$35.00 hourly DOECoach USA has new and exciting career opportunities for Mechanics at our Bakersfield, CA location. We are looking for a diesel mechanic to repair and inspect company equipment in a cost-effective, safe, and timely manner. We offer:* $2,500 Sign on Bonus* Tool and Boot Allowance* Paid Online Training* Medical, Dental, Vision and Paid Life.* Vacation, Sick and Holiday Pay* 401 K Responsibilities:* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and other breakdowns or failures.* Complete A, B, SPAB services and annual inspections* Adjust, repair, replace and/or service lights and other electronic/electrical parts as needed.* Adjust, repair, replace and/or service any system or part on vehicle as needed.* AC system service as needed.* Change and replace tires and wheels.* Routine and preventative maintenance* Complete paperwork as required* Basic computer skills.Qualifications:* Working knowledge of diesel engines.* Experience in the transportation industry.* Must have a valid driver's license - commercial license a plus.* Must pass a pre-employment physical and criminal background check.* Ability to work weekends and holidays.* Ability to communicate in English.* Must have own tools.* Must be able to lift 75 lbs.* Possess ASE and HVAC Certifications preferred.* Computer skills a plus, but training is provided.To learn more about your next big career change, APPLY NOW!
