Implementation Consultant | eCommerceThe Implementation Consultant will be responsible for participating in consulting engagements and overseeing the execution of implementation tasks to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will play a pivotal role in organizing and managing tasks within project work plans, demonstrating leadership capabilities by guiding small project teams and overseeing multiple client engagements.What you will be doing: Interact with members of cross-functional teamsCoordinate all aspects of a project for a clientResponsible for overall delivery of schedule, budget deliverablesDetermine direction, timelines, schedules, and activities for an area of the projectEnsure all deliverables in area of responsibility is delivered on time and on budgetConfigures, tests, trains, and troubleshoots system for customer, providing initial level of support for assigned productWhat you will likely bring:2+ years implementing eCommerce sitesUser trainingRequirement gatheringBachelor's degree - Business, MIS, IS, Education or related degree or work experienceEffective teaching skills, excellent verbal/written communication skills, and PC skillsQualification:1+ year of experience configuring commerce sites requiredUnderstanding of ecommerce (Magento) specifically Sales, Configurations, Imports, Site(s), Marketing, Customers, Contacts, and Ship To'sTransactional software experience (full end-to-end Ecomm > ERP) one or more in: Inventory, accounting, quote-to-order, order-to-cash, returns, warehouse management, or CRMSoftware and integration configuration The Professional Services Team Professional Services play an instrumental role in the growth of Epicor.
