Responsibilities: Essential Office Management Support Functions: Compose various correspondence deliverables such as memos, letters, and proposalsAssist the Leadership Team in the preparation of documents and presentations for meetingsConduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documentsLiaise with internal staff at all levels. Interact with external clientsProvide administrative support including but not limited to: special projects, expense reports and communicationsReconcile department credit cardsCoordinate/schedule availability of the boardroom and other conference rooms.Essential Finance Support Functions:Provide regular clerical and organizational support to the Payroll DepartmentAssist in sending various reports to departmental managersValidate and reconcile invoices to appropriate cost centersMiscellaneous Support Functions:Planning and organization of business eventsAny other items required by the Area ManagerQualification Standards:High School Diploma/GED required; Associates/Bachelor's Degree preferredMinimum of 3 years of related work experience preferredAviation background preferredExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs like Windows, Power Point, Word and Excel or similar programsAbility to analyze and solve problems and perform detailed clerical and administrative work with accuracy and speedEffective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbalKey Competencies: Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
