Pipeline TEC Sector Manager (Experienced)Michelin is hiring!- - - - - - - - - - - -THE OPPORTUNITYWe have an immediate opening in Greenville, South Carolina for a TEC Sector Manager whose responsibilities include developing and leading a team to ensure the availability, reliability of equipment in its sector, and optimizing their maintenance cost and energy in a continuous improvement approach. This is to allow production to achieve its goals of safety, quality, quantity, costs, and customer commitments.WHAT YOU WILL DORisks Prevention Plan is applied, safety requirements are taken into account (Personnel and equipment)The maintenance strategy is applied to equipment criticality.Maintenance plans are implemented and include the process influent parameters (including contribution to the control of the process by the implementation, application, and evolution of maintenance plans).Efficiency of interventions is continuously optimized (Analysis of maintenance results and implementation of vital actions in a dynamic of continuous progress over short- and medium-term horizons (Week / Month)Maintenance cost is optimized (operational efficiency, energy, and spare parts consumptionThe steps and tools of MMW and standard in orderliness and cleanliness are applied.The adaptability of equipment is ensured by looking after obsolescence cases.Resources are adapted (Proficiency and quantity), Training and succession plans are crafted.WHAT YOU WILL BRINGExcellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues at all levels of the organization.Strong teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills.Effective problem-solving skills and process/product relationship knowledge.B.S. degree or equivalent experience in an Engineering field and demonstrated experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to become proficient in internal software systems.Familiarity with quality protocols and understanding of ISO requirements is helpful.Attention to detail, data accuracy, use of some type of maintenance management system.Power BI a plus, but not required.#LI-EO2Inspire Motion for Life: Apply Today!As the leading mobility company, we work with tires, around tires and beyond tires to enable Motion for Life.
