Location: Springfield , VA Worksite: on-site Position: Full-time Schedule: Mon - Fri Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Duties: Shall be responsible for: tracking manhours quality of work handling issues or problems organizing employees to perform various duties handling of equipment to prevent equipment or facility damage Shall be required to operate vehicles when required or as a back-up to any vehicle operator position as the Courier/Driver. Shall be physically able to perform the assigned work which includes lifting boxes weighing up to seventy-five (75) pounds. Required Skills: Communication: Required to write and speak clearly and concisely with employees and customers on a regular basis. Leadership: Required to hire employees and resolve conflicts, as well as keep employees motivated and on-task. Critical-Thinking: Required to devise plans on action and assess those plans regularly. Organizational: Required to meet deadlines, time management, planning/scheduling and coordinating resources to meet the needs of the job. Problem-Solving: Required to be ready when problems arise or be ready to anticipate problems before they happen. Experience: minimum of ten years prior experience in supervising similar moving, mailing services, Logistic Management, and warehouse operations. have full knowledge of moving, mail management, duplicating and printing, and warehousing/logistics procedures, such as, organizing employees to perform various duties, and accomplishing critical requirements with short turn-around times. minimum of two years specialized experience using the Windows Operating System environment and word processing software such as, MSWord, Excel, etc. minimum of five years specialized experience using an automated inventory warehouse system. Education/Certification: High School diploma or equivalent. Shall be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Requirement: Top Secret level security clearance . Powered by JazzHR
