PURPOSE:The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for all phases of product movement including receiving and/or shipping responsibilities.KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Loading and unloading trucksOrder pickingOperating equipmentShrink-wrapping productsPreparing products for shipmentPhysical inventory count and preparationStoring inbound finished goods/raw materialsQuality Control for outbound finished goods/raw materialsStaging finished goods for outboundPrepping raw materials for packagingEnsure accuracy of workSupports the strategic and operational direction of the businessAdditional duties as assigned REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES: High school diploma or GEDMinimum of 6 months prior warehouse experienceForklift certification requiredBasic computer skills neededAbility to comply/adhere to all safety policies and proceduresAbility to work variable shift schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends as requiredAbility to perform the essential functions of the job including physical lifting of up to 50 lbs.Ability to score satisfactory on pre-employment assessment PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES: SAP Experience COMPETENCIES: Capable of working in a team environmentSelf-motivated and detailed-orientedExcellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with individuals both inside and outside the companyFosters positive work relationships and is a solid team playerAble to complete projects in a timely manner and get resultsDemonstration of Calumet Values Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
