Here, you will find talented peers, comprehensive benefits, a culture guided by diversity and inclusion, career growth opportunities and your life's best work.SMPrimary Responsibilities: Completing maintenance work ordersPrioritize service calls & following up on completion under direction of the facility supervisorEnsures quality and timely completion of tasksPerforms preventive maintenance on building systemsInspects buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditionsCoordinating with 3rd party vendorsPerforms all other related duties as assigned You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED (or higher)5+ years of general Facility Maintenance experience Valid driver's licenseAbility to lift 50 lbs.Ability to work on your feet for extensive periods of timeAbility to work on call, weekends/evenings as needed Preferred Qualifications: Experience reading blueprintsExperience working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)Overseeing multisite portfolioProject managementBudgeting experienceHealthcare experienceOsha Certified New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $22.45 to $43.89 per hour.
