We are currently looking for an English Language Teacher to provide customized lessons to one of our clients in New Canaan, CT. Job Information: Class 155454:o Student: 7-year-oldo Availability: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 4:00-6:00 pmo Preferred start date: ASAPo Lesson Frequency: 2x/weeko Lesson Duration: 30-60 minuteso Student’s location: New Canaan, CTo Preferred platform: in-persono Current target language level: Novice-mido Native and other spoken languages: German (Native), Hungarian (Intermediate)o Student’s language needs and goals: Reading and formulating sentences, plus basics and foundations, conversational to speak with peers.Additional info; Really struggling with reading and putting English words together. He is also very hard to motivate to do any schoolwork. Responsibilities : Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons Develop curricula based on learners’ proficiency levels and desired outcomes Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner Qualifications: Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field Minimum of two years of experience All Global LT instructor positions are freelance positions.
