As our Regulatory Reporting Risk Steward, you will: Coordinate, monitoring and reporting of Regulatory Reporting Risk Appetite Coordinate challenge of the first line control and risk owners to ensure that risk management activities are working effectively Provide subject matter expertise, advice, guidance, and effective challenge to the Risk and Control Owners Report on the risk and control profile, including support in reviewing and testing the operating effectiveness of the control framework Lead in scoping of analysis and checks where gaps are identified in the control framework, and in targeted assurance reviews and deep dive of end to-end processes across high-risk metrics Coordinate review and challenge on Non-Financial Risk impacts related to material change initiatives and new products Shape and support the activities of the Assurance team, and review and challenge the outputs from their assurance activities For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $130,000.00 and $215,000.00. The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
