As a Field Foreman, you'll ensure the success of diverse construction projects by coordinating on-site tasks and maintaining a safe, productive environment. This hands-on role demands a strong work ethic, stellar communication, and adherence to company standards. You'll handle manual construction duties and support various Superintendents across multiple projects in the Austin, TX area. Swift field problem-solving is key, and a reliable vehicle—preferably a truck—is essential. Mileage compensation provided. Who We Are: Engen Contracting, Inc . Summary of Responsibilities - Coordinate on-site tasks to ensure the success of diverse construction projects.- Maintain a safe and productive work environment for all team members.- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and adhere to company standards.- Perform manual construction duties as part of the hands-on role.- Support various Superintendents on multiple projects in the Austin, TX area.- Utilize swift problem-solving skills for field challenges as they arise.- Possess a reliable vehicle, preferably a truck, for transportation.- Receive mileage compensation for travel.
