We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program. Position Summary:Merchandisers work in local stores to keep products fully stocked on the shelves. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts. In addition, this role will help support the delivery/merchandising supervisor with leading and coaching the merchandising team during the week and on the supervisor's day's off. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Assist with daily merchandising operations to include off days and vacations for the supervisorSupport and train area merchandisers on a daily basisBe a go-to person for merchandisers to answer questions, problems, and oversee merchandising standardsTravel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along your routeTransport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truckManage backroom by organizing and consolidating product Report backstock inventory levelsMaintain relationships in the market by providing best in class serviceOther projects or duties as assigned
