The Operations Intern will solve problems as they arise and complete administrative processes, while gaining transportation experience. Responsibilities: Work with various systems and programs. Work with a variety of teams, including customer service, safety and equipment maintenance. Respond to driver phone calls and messages. Resolve customer and equipment issues. Internship-specific opportunities: Networking events with Schneider associates. Professional skills trainings led by Schneider leaders. Business resource groups meetings and events. Volunteer activities. After-work social gatherings. Skills and qualifications: Currently enrolled at a college or university. Working toward an associate or bachelor's degree. 1 year of previous work experience. Able to work full-time over the summer. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
