Job Summary:The Intelligent Automation Developer III creates and implements Bot Automation process solutions based on client requirements and in accordance with standard automation tool design principles and conventions.Essential Functions:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI/ML and intelligent automation can be applied to streamline processes, reduce manual efforts, and deliver tangible business benefitsWork closely with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements for AI/ML and intelligent automation projects; translate business needs into technical specificationsAnalyze and preprocess data to ensure its quality, relevance, and suitability for AI/ML model development; collaborate with data engineers to establish data pipelines and data governanceDesign, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve business challenges which may involve selecting appropriate algorithms, feature engineering, model training, and optimizationIdentify and implement opportunities for process automation using technologies like robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent process automation (IPA); create and maintain automation workflowsMonitor the performance of deployed AI/ML models and automation solutions; continuously assess their accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness, and iterate on improvements as necessaryCollaborate with IT, data science, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML and automation solutions into existing systems and workflowsMaintain comprehensive documentation of models, algorithms, processes, and automation workflows; ensure knowledge sharing across teams.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and automation technologies; proactively explore new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance the organization's capabilitiesProvide training and support to end-users who interact with AI/ML models or automated systems; address queries and troubleshoot issues as neededDesign process workflow using UiPath including building, testing and implementing quality RPA solutionsAnalyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where requiredMentor other developers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applicationsPlan phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) for a variety of projectsAssist in the preparation and documentation of software requirements and specificationsResearch and document requirements of software usersAssist and contribute to the Architectural Council on all software solutions designed or purchased at CareSourceClarify and drive team goals on a technical level making sure that the solutions proposed and designed are in line with the department and CareSource visionConduct research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development effortsRecommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgradesAssist the Architectural Council with technical knowledge regarding emerging technologies to help drive strategyAssist management with resource and release planningConsistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specificationsDefine architecture and design for enterprise applicationsAdminister critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areasLead projects from a development standpoint and coordinate activities with the developer teams as neededAssist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelinesAssist in software deployment as required based on build specificationLiaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systemsPerform technical code reviews of peers to ensure proper coding methodology is being adhered toPerform any other job related instructions, as requestedEducation and Experience:Bachelor of Science degree in the field of computer science or software engineering or equivalent years of relevant work experience requiredMinimum of five (5) years of .Net Development experience is requiredMinimum of two (2) years of Robotic Process Automation experience is requiredExperience in end-to-end development of business processes using UiPath Robotic Process Automation is requiredUiPath Orchestrator experience is requiredAI/ML/Generative AI experience is requiredExperience developing and designing n-tier applications with multi-tier architectures is preferredUML Modeling experience is preferredCompetencies, Knowledge and Skills:Working technical knowledge of object-based programming languages, including C#, , , or PythonSML, XSLT, Schema coding experience and translation abilitiesKnowledge of Project Management practicesWeb service development knowledgeExperience working with enterprise application Microsoft OfficeStrong relational database experience including tuning, stored procedure development and use of reporting services in a Microsoft environmentFacets Extension development or experience developing applications in the healthcare sector preferredApplication development in a healthcare or payer related field preferredHands on experience working in integrated development environments, including , including SVN, Microsoft Visual Studio, Team Foundation ServerExtensive experience with Windows operating systemsExtensive experience with Windows SQL Server databaseHands-on software troubleshooting experienceKnowledge of applicable data privacy practices and lawsExperience with specific phases of the software development life cycle, especially Agile, Test Driven Development, and WaterfallFamiliarity with TDD and Iterative software development methodologiesFamiliarity with the health industryFlexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologiesStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to conduct research into software-related issues and productsHighly logicalTechnically proficientHighly self-motivated and directedKeen attention to detailProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentAbility to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentAbility to travel to other business locations for off-site software installationAbility to work additional hours to meet project deadlinesLicensure and Certification:UiPath Certification is strongly preferredCertifications in technical tools and/or other programming languages preferred (MCSD, Java, Onbase, Tibco, SAP, etc.)Working Conditions:General office environment;
