[Job Summary] Responsible for leading monthly product cost closing/profitability analysis. [Job Description] - Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, unless business needs require additional hours worked;- This position will require extended work hours during monthly, quarterly and annual closings;- Regularly communicates internally or externally with headquarters in Korea to provide financial information and any other particular (financial) reporting purposes;- Perform monthly product cost closing/profitability analysis;- Analyze cost accounting data;- Prepare and analyze monthly HQ management full package reports;- Support annual management planning, including budget;- Work closely with production teams and communicate variance root causes;- Responsible for SAP CO module data, while monitoring other modules;- Support year-end audit and quarterly review process;- Responsible for standard cost planning;- Prepare, review and analyze inventory evaluation and inventory roll forward;- Support financial accounting issues;- Review and analyze capital expenditure transactions;- Work on special projects as assigned;- Perform other duties as assigned; [Qualifications] - Bilingual in Korean and English;- SAP experience preferred;- Ability to meet and adhere to deadlines;- Strong verbal and written communication skills;- Computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Excel;- Critical thinking, multi-tasking and troubleshooting skills;- Attention to detail;- Must be able to maintain confidentiality;Physical Demands & Work Environment- The position operates in an office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment;- This position does not supervise the work of others;- Minimal travel is expected for this position;- Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed;- Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 95% of shift; [What's On Offer] - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance eligible upon start date- 401 K Plan eligible after 90 days- Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual 4.62 hours per biweekly pay period, per company policy + additional Entitlement Leave 40 hours per year- Relocation supportPowered by JazzHR
