What the Ideal Candidate will do:The Inside Sales Manager manages day-to day interaction with the customer base, delivering the best possible customer experience by performing the following duties: Prepares and submits sales reporting. Generates standard quotations and other sales documentation. Maintains a schedule of customer orders with defined delivery dates from headquarters. Maintains customer database and reviews/updates customer data regularly. Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features.Recommends specific standard or modified machine best suited for customer's use. Develops effective solutions to customers' technical requirements in coordination with the customer, headquarters, and other internal Departments. Provides or arranges for technical support, training and consultant services to customer as needed. Executes arrangements for participation in industry trade shows & exhibits.High School Diploma and relevant technical experience.3-5 years of sales experience in technical goods and services; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be able to read, write, and analyze technical documents and procedures.Experience with development of sales presentations and pipeline reports.Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Must possess strong math and computer skills. Experience with ACT is preferred.Experience with Manufacturing ERP systems,SAP preferred.Must be able to travel 10% of the time, includinginternationaltravel.
