As an Associate Product Analyst, you will be a key part of our Dairyland team in our Madison, WI office. This is a hybrid position, located in our Madison or Stevens Point, WI office location and is not a fully remote opportunity. For this position, Sentry does not offer employment to holders of F-1, J-1, and H-1 Visas.This position can be filled as an Associate Product Analyst or as a Product Analyst, based on the selected candidate's related skills and experience.What You'll DoAs an Associate Product Analyst, you'll support our business through the following areas:Implement rate revisions with our State Managers to reach profit and growth targets.Implement point-of-sale and internal user underwriting rules as directed by Product Management to achieve business goals.Work with other functional units to prepare and submit rate and rule filings to state insurance departments.Coordinate rate and rule elevations with Quality Assurance, Information Technology and Customer Service teams.Perform other job-related duties and projects as assignedAs a Product Analyst, you'll support our business through the following areas:Work closely with Product Managers to support introduction of new products, enhancements to existing products, and/or entry into new markets to reach company profit and growth targetsCollaborate with business partners throughout the organization on the rate and rule revision process, including confirming scope and timelines, preparing and submitting filings to state insurance departments, coordinating responses to regulator questions, and implementing final revision changesImplement underwriting rules within the system as directed by Product Management to achieve business goalsOther duties as needed to support our Personal Lines product franchiseWhat it Takes A Bachelor's DegreeRelated experience in data analysisWell organized with a high level of accuracy and a strong attention to detailCompetent with Microsoft ExcelDesire to solve problems and think analyticallySelf-motivated with a can-do attitudeAbility to work as a team player to deliver results effectively and efficiently to a variety of customersPrior insurance background preferred but not neededWhat You'll ReceiveAt Sentry, your total rewards go beyond competitive compensation.
