Responsibilities: Dry Van Automatic Trucks Home Weekly and maybe throughout the week Average 2090-2600+ miles per week Utilization and Accessorial pay Pay: $0.53cpm Average $76k - $83k Annually 1500 miles Guaranteed Minimum Pay No touch freight 65% Drop and Hook Requirements: 1 year verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years In the past 3 years: 2 or less moving violations, No DOT Recordable Accidents, Zero major moving violations In the past 5 years: No preventable DOT Recordable Accidents; 1 or no major moving violations No job hoppers NO MORE THAN 2 JOBS IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS! NO MORE THAN 4 JOBS IN THE PAST 3 YEARS!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! No license suspensions for more than 30 days in the past 3 years Felonies and misdemeanors reviewed case by case No terminations for safety from last job DUI must be outside of 8 years and only 1 per lifetime Urine drug screen Benefits: Holiday Pay: $150 per holiday Paid orientation Vacation pay Monthly Incentives Full benefits start after 30 days Powered by JazzHR
