Job Description: Mogo is on the hunt for a Growth Marketing Specialist who embodies an 'always be learning' attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings intensity to their work. We're looking for a results-focused marketer with a proven track record of making a significant impact. This role is perfect for a versatile marketing professional who is not just experienced, but also agile in using diverse channels for exponential growth. Our ideal candidate is a marketing expert, proficient across various platforms, and is skilled at conducting robust tests to uncover and capitalize on the most effective growth strategies. The base salary for this role is: $55,000 - $75,000 Key Responsibilities: Strategize Across Channels: Create and implement strategies across various marketing channels to grow member base and product usage. Manage paid and unpaid performance: paid digital campaigns, affiliate/partnerships, SEO, website/landing page conversion, onboarding, email and SMS campaigns, and customer retention/reactivation strategies. Optimize Marketing Funnel: Develop strategies to optimize the entire marketing funnel from awareness to retention. Prioritize Growth Opportunities: Identify and prioritize marketing channels and opportunities that unlock the most efficient and effective growth opportunities. Data Analysis and Strategy: Extract actionable insights from data and integrate these into cohesive growth tests and strategies. Quantitative Modeling: Analyze performance data to build predictive growth models. Cross-Channel Strategy Execution: Utilize multiple channels (organic and paid social, PPC advertising, email marketing, etc. ) to drive traffic and nurture leads through the marketing funnel. CRO and Customer Journey Optimization: Conduct channel and website conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve the entire customer journey.
