Position Title: ECA – Sandalwood Location: 1825 Finch Avenue West, Downsview, ON, M3N 1M7 Reports to: Centre Director Compensation Package: Sandalwood offers a valuable compensation package: Base pay for an ECA will be $17.71 plus $2.00 PWE, totaling $19.71; depending on experience the rate of pay may change Health Benefits (medical and dental). We go above and beyond the average child care centre! (i. e. annual in-house Learning conference – paid time off, advancement opportunities with on-the-job training). Examples include Wellness Activities, Smile Appreciation Day (in house employee appreciation), Child Care Worker Appreciation Day, Employment Anniversary Celebrations Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, within the hours of 7 am – 6 pm The Organization Centres for Early Learning, fully licensed by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services and Toronto Children’s Services, is made up of nine childcare centres serving communities in various high need areas of Toronto, Canada.
