HEALTHCARE Pristine Rehab Care, LLC (Diamond Bar, CA) needs Occupational Therapists: Conduct evaluation, design individualized treatment plans & goals, implement intervention strategies, provide skills training, prepare attendance and daily progress notes, coordinate w/ other team members, attend IRP meetings & discuss levels & goals for clients. Occupational Therapist I (MS Degree salary: $96,429.00/year); Occupational Therapist II (BS Degree + 5 yrs. exp. salary: $106,974.00/year); Occupational Therapist III (BS Degree + 2 yrs. exp. salary: $96,429.00/year), In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Occupational Therapy or related, the employer will accept two (2) additional years of work experience. Speech Language Pathologists: Needed for screening, evaluation, diagnosis & therapeutic intervention of Speech & Language Disorders. Speech Language Pathologist I (MS Degree salary: $92,248.00/year); Speech Language Pathologist II (BS Degree + 5 yrs. exp. salary: $106,642.00/year); Speech Language Pathologist III (BS Degree + 2 yrs. exp. salary: $92,248.00/year), In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Speech Language Pathology or related, the employer will accept two (2) additional years of work experience. All positions require travel/relocation as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout CA. All Occupational Therapists positions require CA Occupational Therapist license & all Speech Language Pathologist positions require CA Speech Language Pathologist license.
