Program Manager 46796BR USA - California - Mountain View/Sunnyvale Job Description and Requirements Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to plan, strategize, and implement high impact program initiatives by collaborating with cross functional teams and project leaders. As a business minded natural leader, will be responsible to take full ownership to resolve conflicts, manage changes in priorities, and maximize efficiency across various programs. This role will define, maintain, and execute program management tools and processes. Drives cross functional alignment, ensuring partnerships are built and maintained with internal and external groups. Ultimately, this dedicated individual is motivated by a strong desire to optimize productivity and cultivate program success from concept to production.Roles & Responsibilities:Work closely with cross functional teams, project leaders and requesters to develop requirements, use cases, deliverables, implementation and testing plans, and schedules for new program initiatives.Develop program management processes, workflows, key performance metrics, and testing procedures to evaluate and on-board new and strategic programs. Ability to manage multiple complex programs, team leaders, and schedules to ensure project goals and objectives are met.Resolve issues in creative ways to include risk mitigation and communicates alignment to the entire team and project stakeholders.Exercises independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions. Executes projects from start to completion utilizing program management tools.Determines, coordinates, and develops recommendations and program requests to solutions. Communicates regularly with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.Coordinates working sessions and regular scheduled alignment with stakeholders to review and discuss program status and objectives.Qualifications:BS or MS with 5 years of related experienceStrong talent for project coordination and delegation in a team-oriented environment that cultivates collaboration.Ability to be hands-on in daily use of JIRA and Confluence toolsKnowledgeable in industry program management tools, practices and systemsStrong sense of customer service and drive to improve processesAbility to write and create detailed implementation plans and schedulesDirect experience with SAP, Tableau, Confluence, MS Project, Salesforce, and VisioProficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPointThe base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $79,000-$138,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
