Job DescriptionShort and sweet.iNovex is looking fora Top Secret/SCI (with Polygraph) cleared and skilled system administrator that is a self-starter and eager to learn new things! The qualified candidate will be providing system administrative and DevOps support to a variety of different applications within the compliance suite. The project they are supporting will be a one-person effort; however, there is a potential for growth in the near future.What you bring to the team.Experience + Education: 10+ years of system administration experience + a technical bachelors' degree (can substitute degree for an additional 5 years experience)Work with a Government team to provide comprehensive, operational solutions to system problemsGain familiarity with DevOps practices and work to improve existing system's performanceAssist with the Certification and Accreditation and the Risk Management Framework processes by applying system patches and resolving vulnerabilitiesExpertise working within modern Linux operating systems (i.e. CentOS)Experience with DevOps tools such as Kubernetes and DockerExperience Scripting (i.e. Python, Bash, Shell)Experience with AWSTier 1 and Tier 2 experience Customer-Focused Mentality:Youare an excellent communicator and keep the customer have a knack for explaining technical concepts in an understandable are patient and kind with users.Adaptability:You are flexible and can adapt quickly to changing requirements and unpredictable issues as they are thrown at you and your team.Problem-Solver at Heart:You can't wait to solve problems of all shapes and sizes.Stay open-minded and listen to the input of others as you tackle problems.
