Earn up to $50,000 in your first year! This is an outbound call center and you will be responsible for setting appointments for sales representatives. Weather Built Homes is looking for an Entry Level Call Center Representative to join our team in our Vancouver office. Apply today and we'll get you to work asap! Hourly wage plus monthly bonuses along with daily, weekly and yearly incentives. The ideal person for this position has a dynamic personality and is passionate about sales and marketing. This candidate does not need to have previous relevant experience, but needs to be interested in learning new sales and marketing techniques. To succeed in this role, he/she should be goal-driven and have strong negotiation skills. We are looking to help people gain new skills and find a new career path. Responsibilities Generate new sales opportunities through outbound, cold calls and emails Make high volume of phone calls using a script, to set appointments for sales reps Understand customer needs and requirements Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory Follow up promptly with customers Make data entries to ensure accurate results Skills Track record of achieving quotas Upbeat, ambitious and energetic personality Proficient with productivity Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively A desire to learn NO SCHOOLING REQUIRED About Weather Built Homes Weather Built Homes is a Home Improvement organization dedicated to making sure our customers have a project that is Built for the weather, Built for their home.
