Chrysalis, a well-established community-based program providing supports and opportunities for individuals with disabilities is seeking an Masters level Mental Health Therapist for part-time employment in our Host Home program. This is an hourly position and will be housed in the West Jordan Host Home Chrysalis office. Job Description: Provide approximately 12-20 billable hours of individual therapy to male and female adolescents and adults weekly.
