We are looking for Full Time and Part Time Package Delivery Driver in Escanaba, MI with a FedEx Ground contractor. We are looking for self-motivated, safe, drivers who will provide outstanding service to our customers!We have FedEx step vans all the way up to 14ft FedEx box trucks provided by the employer. CDL License is NOT required!!! You do need a Chauffer's License. This is a written test and can be obtained at any DMV for $35.00. HOURS: Monday-Friday / Monday-Saturday / Tuesday-Saturday. 7:30 AM - Delivery completion (usually around 5 PM) DUTIES OF DELIVERY DRIVER Deliver and pick up all packages daily w/in the prescribed time windows. Conduct Pre/Post trip van inspections daily. Operate delivery vans safely, securely, and competently. Learn the route(s) and customer needs serviced by our company. Report to station prepared to examine and organize daily load before departure. Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weight w/o damage to the package or injury to oneself or others. REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Chauffeur license before you can start working! At least 21 years of age. 1+ Year(s) verifiable professional driving experience in the last 3 years. Clean driving record - no accidents or violations in 3 years. Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal background check Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. and work in all weather conditions BENEFITS: Weekly pay - Direct deposit Paid training Pay $130-$160/day Vacation pay Holiday pay Powered by JazzHR
